This package includes many important details and preparation to your event, such as:
Coordinating with the client(s) and other contacts on some of the aspects of the top 5-10 highest details of event that are a priority
Helping client(s) brainstorm and research ideas for the event
Assist with budgeting for event (if needed)
3 venue & vendor visits (if needed)
Organizing out of town accommodations (if needed)
Unlimited email/phone contact
Creating and managing event timeline
Confirmation with all vendors two weeks prior and one week before event
On site event day coordination with planner and additional assistant
Supervision & assist with set up (if necessary)
Platinum
50 - 200 People

This package is mostly for a larger Corporate event. The number of people can vary from 50-200 people
Coordinating all aspects needed for event with client(s) and other contacts
Helping client(s) brainstorm and research ideas for the event
Assist with budgeting for event
Helping client write/ create template or design and proper etiquette of invites/ place cards/ menus/ table numbers/ favours/ information sheets/ welcome bags
Seating chart organization
Organizing out of town accommodations such as lodging & transportation (if needed)
Accommodating guest list with meal plan and dietary restrictions
Unlimited email/phone contact
